    Just imagine being able to fire off a "state" of mind/body thats most appropriate for you at any given moment in time.

    What sort of states could you imagine wanting to create and under what circumstances?

    What sort of anchors are there, and what else might there be that influences our state of mind?

    What are they and how are they most useful?

    Submodalities, eye accessing cues, predicates and our sensory preferences. How do they work together and what happens when you play about with these funny things?

  • Modelling Project
    The modelling project provides you with a great chance to experiment and apply all your learning to date and in so doing continues the process of getting it "into the muscle".

    I recommend you bring and share your ideas and experiences of your modelling project here and to do so from its inception to completion. I will keep an eye on this making what will hopefully prove to be usefully comments.

    Best advice to to keep your modelling project small, be specific in its description and to plan out your approach once you have decided specifically what you are going to model.

  • Words / Linguistics
    I'm feeling shi*.

    Clearly words aren't literal translations of reality and yet we frequently respond to them as if they were. Where do they come from and how much influence do words have over who we are, what we think and do?

    Whats all this Meta model and Milton model stuff and what the relationship between them?

    Use this section to share your thoughts and consider the inter-relationship between thoughts / words / behaviours.
